TESTIMONIES Since 1968 when it was first established, Spaç Camp was designed as a placed for political convicts of the communist regime to be exploited to work in the copper and pyrite mines. Their life in this camp was closely tied to their work in the mine. But how did the days go by there? What were the living and work conditions like? Where they slept, how they were fed, where and how the customs of their difficult lives were carried out...

Now, three decades after the camp was closed, when time is seemingly wiping out any sign of life there, the Konrad Adenauer and Kujto.al Foundations realize this project combining art and research and aiming to visually recall the days and activity of prisoners through drawings.
