The unit numbered 301/1 in Bulqiza was formed by Order no. 307, dated 19 July 1985.The purpose of its opening was the construction of 200 dwellings in the town of Bulqiza. The unit had 105 political convicts in 1987.However, by Minister’s Decree no. 611 dated 30 June 1987, Unit 301/1 was transferred to the newly opened Unit 312 in Tërnovë.
