The convicts who ‘specialized’ in the construction of cement factories came from Elbasan to set up a cement factory in Fushë-Krujë. Works were completed in December 1967. The prisoners of Unit 303 who were engaged in the construction of the factory were kept in a prison regime until April 1968, when the next destination (Spaç) was found.
